Return Policy

We deliver high-quality products. If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at U-Turn Branding, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your order. Once a returned order is received by U-Turn, we will work as quickly as possible to grant a full refund, less shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Shipping

U-Turn Branding orders are generally delivered within 14 days. If the order requires additional approval (uploaded images), delivery will be received within 14 days after U-Turn receives final approval. Rush orders on screen-printed or embroidered apparel items are available for a 25% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within 7 days, depending on order requirements.

Conditions of Access

User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User's identification and/or password and is responsible for all use of User's account whether expressly authorized by User or not. User is also responsible for terminating each session by following the proper log out directions provided by U-Turn Branding. U-Turn Branding shall not be responsible for any damage arising from User's failure to comply with this section.

Postings and Submissions

By uploading files, posting messages, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication (individually or collectively "Communications") to or with the Web Site, you hereby warrant and represent that you are the owner of your Communications or you have all rights necessary to upload, post, transmit and otherwise use any such Communications for your intended purpose. User hereby grants to U-Turn Branding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use, copy, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, and edit your Communications solely in order to fill your order for custom designed apparel with us.

U-Turn Branding does not and cannot review all materials posted to the Web Site by users and U-Turn Branding is not responsible for any such materials posted by users. However, U-Turn Branding reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials in whole or in part, that in U-Turn Branding\’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of this agreement or as otherwise required by law.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless U-Turn Branding and its directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders, and defend any action brought against them with respect to any claim, demand cause of action, debt or liability, including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent that it is based on a claim that (i) if true, would constitute a breach of any of your representations, warranties or agreements made in these Terms; or (ii) arises out of your negligence or willful misconduct in regard to your use of the Site.
